I wanted to say that i am so sorry for your loss, Bertha was a wonderful woman whom I cherished ! Bertha was one of my Grandma and Grandpa's best friends. My grandpa (bud johnston) used to take Betha every wednesday to get her groceries.. After my Grandpa passed away I took over the deed of taking my grandma (edna) and Bertha out shopping every Wednesday like clockwork. She grew to be one of the dearest people I knew and I know once she was gone from her house My grandma missed her dearly but always asks about her. I certainly have heard many stories over the years from her about her family so I know how much she loved you all so much.I'm sorry for your loss and will be thinking about you in this sad time. Mom and I just heard about Bertha from Uncle Raymond. Just wanted to say what a wonderful person Bertha was and she will be sadly missed. Mom used to go with Uncle Raymond to visit her when she was at the farm. She really enjoyed those visits. I remember when I was a little girl going to visit all of you at your home and Bertha was always the best hostess and a pleasure to be around. We remember her at all the Taylor reunions. They never seemed quite the same once Charlie and Bertha stopped coming. Carolyn, Marlene and Don, your Mom was the best. We will always remember her with fond memories. Remember, she will always be with you, walking right beside you. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with all of you now and always.
Love from Carol and Dorothy
