Thinking of you and your family. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. I will never forget all the laughter at our sleepovers and birthday parties and running around the church while they waited for us. Your dad was a great man who lived his life surrounded by his wonderful family.

I am so very sorry for your loss.
The one thing that really stands out to me about "Mr. Milling" is how even when we were little kids he never made me feel like a little kid. I always felt that he was treating me as a person with valid ideas that were worth listening to. Looking back I can recognize many instances where he was taking the time to point out something to increase our understanding and appreciation of the world around us. Through the eyes of an adult and father I am very grateful for having had the chance to known and grow up around Mr. Milling.

I would like to express my deepest condolences in Harrys passing. I had the pleasure of working with Harry when he was in the London office of Employment and Immigration Canada back in the 1980's. Although I worked in Hamilton I spoke to Harry often by phone as we worked together on various economic research projects or at frequent meetings in Hamilton or Toronto. Being a fairly new and inexperienced employee at that time, I appreciated Harrys patience answering my many questions. He had a soft spoken demeanour that put everyone at ease and he was liked by everyone in the department. While it has been over 25 years since I worked with Harry, these qualities are memories that immediately come back to me when I heard the sad news.
