Death Notice

WELSH, Graham T. - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father and grandfather. Graham T. Welsh, in his 94th year, died peacefully in University Hospital on June 13, 2013, surrounded by family. Husband to Marjorie, father to Rosalind Chrzan, Christine (Paul) Burton and Gillian (Peter) Feenstra, and predeceased by Robert Welsh. Granddad to Jennifer (Richard) Cook, Andrew and David Chrzan, Michael (Shannon) and Caroline Burton, and Mark and Heather Feenstra, and two great granddaughters, Amelia Cook and Michaela Burton. Graham was born in London, England and served with the RAF during World War ll as Observer, spending 3 years in Stalag Luft lll as a POW. Emigrating to Canada in 1947 with Marjorie, he joined the Premier Trust Company and eventually became District Manager of the London area. He was active in a number of community organizations, with a long association with the RAF Benevolent Fund. Private family service.
