GLEASON, Arnold - peacefully with his family present, on Wednesday December 4, 2013 Arnold Edward Gleason in his 93rd year, went to be with his Saviour. Beloved husband of Molly Gleason, nee Wilkinson for 70 years. Loving, kind and thoughtful father of Arlene, and John (2002). Also loved and missed by nieces and nephews, and friends in Canada, Northern Ireland, and England. Arnold volunteered to serve his country in WWII joining the RCAF. He was posted to serve as a member of 422 Squadron Coastal Command. This gentle man made an impact on all who met him through his thankful, joyful and giving nature. The funeral service will be conducted at the James A. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, on Tuesday, December 10 at 12:30 p.m., with visitation preceding from 11:30 - 12:30. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers consider a donation to the Salvation Army (for Children's Village) or a charity of your choice.
