We were immensely saddened to learn of Cliff's passing. The world is surely a lesser place now.
We are reminded of the lakeside musings and deep philosophical insight that made Cliff one of our favorite relatives. The fond memories we have of fireside chats and animated discussions over family dinners will be treasured more than ever; and his quiet Zen-like stoicism will be sorely missed.
We should all be grateful, and consider ourselves lucky, if we could look back on half the life he had. Our thoughts of course turn to the ones he left behind and we pour our thoughts and feelings into wishing them as much comfort and serenity as can be mustered in such a trying time.
God speed Cliff.
