It is with deep sadness that we learned of Jamie's passing. He was a good friend, not only to me and my son, but also to our wheelchair hockey group. He attended our local wheelchair hockey tournaments with his staff to take care of any of our needs and those of the visiting teams. He was a kind, gentle man, who prided himself on good service with a smile, treating all of us with respect and kindness. He will be greatly missed.

David, Dorothy, Lauren and Kara, I am so deeply saddened by Jamie's passing. Jamie achieved so much in his lifetime and was admired by all of his friends growing up. Although I haven't spoken to Jamie in several years as the miles and our commitments have kept us preoccupied, I will always consider Jamie as one of my closest and dearest friends and mentors, I will truly miss him as will you. My sympathies to your family from myself and my family

It will be a long time before this will ever seem like reality. London will be a very strange place for me now--a ghost town. Jamie will be really missed. I had so many good times with him over the past 28 years. I hope he is somewhere now happy and at peace.
