Bruce McDonald

Death Notice

McDONALD, Bruce James - Born July 3, 1960 in Sudbury, Ontario - died October 5, 2016 at Victoria Hospital, London, Ontario. Predeceased by his mother Rita Cavanagh McDonald, father Charles Ewert McDonald and sister Charlene McDonald Spratt. Survived by John (Nancy) McDonald from Arizona, Louise (Noel) Morin from Sault Ste. Marie, Suzanne (Neil) McDonald-Gysbers from London, Bessie (Tom) Sweazey from North Carolina and Greg (Faith) McDonald from Saskatoon. Also survived by lifelong best friend Gina Arnt. Bruce will be dearly missed by loving nieces and nephews, especially Catherine, Troy and Anita. Bruce was a graduate of Catholic Central High School and Fanshawe College. Many will remember Bruce for his creative work at Producer’s Post. An avid Green Bay Packers fan, Bruce was keenly interested in local politics, as a volunteer. There will be a private celebration of life for Bruce on Friday, October 7. In lieu of flowers or cards, please make a donation to London CAReS, 186 King St., London, ON, N6A 1C7. Bruce was a regular for breakfast on Saturdays at the Campus Hi-Fi on Richmond Street. Those who wish to celebrate Bruce are encouraged to enjoy a breakfast there in his honour.
