MORGAN Surrounded by her family, Mary Patricia (nee Creighton) died on Thursday April 5, 2007 in her 86th year, at Victoria Hospital Palliative Care Unit, London. Patricia is survived by and will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Pam (Patricia Anne) of Port Credit, son Murray of London and his wife Carol, two very special grandchildren - Patrick and Kathleen, sister Doreen Samuel and husband Gwyn. Patricia was predeceased by Murray, her husband of 56 years, her parents Agnes and Howard Patrick Creighton, brothers Harry (Laureen) and Danny (Pauleen) Creighton, sister Teresa Lassaline and older sisters Mercedes and Betty who died in childhood. Patricia will be missed by her many nieces and nephews who have fond memories of their Aunt Patsy. Helen Forth and Fran McKeough, her life-long best friends, will also miss her - Patricia really valued their friendship. Many other good friends and neighbours on the street where she lived for fifty years will miss her impromptu chats. The family would like to express appreciation to Dr John Curtis and Dr Gil Schreier - please know that you made a difference for Patricia and her family. To all the caregivers in the Victoria Floor 6 Palliative Care Unit and Kathryn Lanigan (VON) - the family will always remember your special touch and compassionate support of Patricia. A very special thank you to Myrtle Palmer - for your care, sense of humour and support of Patricia (Mommy) and her family - we were blessed to have you in our lives at this time. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, on Tuesday April 10, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday April 11 at 11 am in St Michael's Church, 515 Cheapside St. at Maitland, London. Private interment at St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Victoria Hospital Floor 6 Palliative Care Unit designated for bed-chairs (through London Health Sciences Foundation) would be appreciated. Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I'm following the path God has laid for me. I took His hand when I heard Him call, God wanted me now; He set me free. I'm free!!!!!
