Boland, Patricia Ann - It is with great sadness we announce that the journey ended peacefully on December 21, 2009. Surrounded by her loving family at St. Joseph's Hospice, Sarnia, our dearest mother, proud grandmother and great-grandmother, age 79 years, passed into God's open arms. She will be deeply missed by all. Beloved wife of the late Jerome Boland. Precious mother and mother-in-law of Jerry and Wendy, Diane and Don, Wayne and Sue, Mike and Kathie, Karen and Mark, Colleen and Frank, and Lorraine. Cherished grandmother of Darcie, Corey, Scott, Kimberly, Kelly, Kristin, Kristine, Karla, Joe, Kelly, Lindsey, Heather, Holliby, Jeff, Bree, Christopher, Matthew, Jennifer, Joseph, Cassandra, Megan, Michael, Jeremy, Shaunessey, and Kyle. Adored great-grandmother of Tristien, Sydnee, Alexander, Mackenzie, Harrison, Griffin, Avery, Kendall, Madison, Kiara, Liam, Lucas, Jaelin, Lauren, Kierstyn, Deerin, Veya, and Kristin is expecting in February, 2010. Predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Lydia Regier, brothers Leo and Clem Regier, brothers-in-law George De Gregorio and Clare Masse. Patricia retired from 27 years at O-Pee-Chee. She enjoyed the beauty of nature. Her pastimes included playing games, baking treats, sewing and making jam. A remarkable woman who devoted her life to the care and well being of her family. Friends may call on Monday, December 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the James A. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James Street at Richmond, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, December 29 at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
