Death Notice

Sutton, Phyllis A. - At home surrounded by her family on Sunday, February 14, 2010, Phyllis Ann Sutton, nee Templain of London and formerly of St. Thomas in her 78th year. Beloved wife for 55 years of Douglas Sutton. Loving mother and friend of Marie Hatherall and her husband Randy of London, Stacey Litalien and her husband Ron of Sault Ste. Marie, and Andrea Cecchetto and her husband Ron of Barrie. Dear grandmother of Aaron, Melanie, Neil and Kristen Hatherall, and Jacob, Nathaniel and Mark Cecchetto. Sister of Jack Templain of Port Colborne. Daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Templain. The family wish to express sincere gratitude to Dr. Joanne Hammond for her loving care and support on this journey. Thanks also to the nurses from the VON Palliative Care Team. Friends may call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the James A. Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James Street at Richmond, London. A Celebration of Phyllis' life will be conducted at the Church of St. John the Evangelist, 280 St. James Street at Wellington, London on Wednesday, February 17 at 11:30 a.m. by Rev. Canon Donald R. Ford. Cremation will be followed by a private interment at Elmdale Cemetery, St. Thomas.
