Death Notice

Ross, George Harry - Died at home in London, Ontario on Thursday, February 3rd, 2011 in his sixty-fifth year. George was born on March 12, 1946 in Toronto, beloved son of Edith and Bruce Ross, and grew up in Guelph, Ontario with his four siblings Bob, Murray, Ted and Camille. He was a graduate of The University of Western Ontario with an MA in History and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science. He was an avid reader, a spiritual seeker, a keen camper and canoeist, and a dedicated father, proud of his two children and his grandchildren. Beloved husband of Catherine Ross. Loving father of Sarah Ross Wills of Boston, MA and Jacob Ross of Los Angeles, CA. Grandfather of Finley and Beckett Ross Wills. The funeral service will be held at Bishop Cronyn Memorial Church, 442 William St. at Queens Ave. in London, Ontario at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 8.
